What do I get for free?
Your first 30 coaching messages are free. No credit card to start — just download, tell Recall about your dog, and ask. If you want to keep going after that, it's a simple subscription.
Are the free messages the real thing, or a locked demo?
The real thing. Free messages get the same personalised coach subscribers use — full answers, with Recall's memory of your dog switched on from the first message. Nothing is watered down to nudge you into paying.
How does Recall know my dog?
You set up a short profile — breed, age, temperament, household — and from there Recall builds a structured memory from your conversations: the habits you're working on, what's improving, what you've already tried. You can see and edit what it remembers, and every answer draws on it, so you never have to explain your dog twice.
What about aggression, or health worries?
Recall is honest about its limits. For aggression or any behaviour that could hurt someone, it will refer you to a qualified in-person behaviourist rather than offer DIY protocols. For health questions, it will point you to your vet. It's a knowledgeable first thought — never a substitute for professional care.
How do I cancel?
In your subscription settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — the same place you manage every other subscription. You don't need to contact us, and your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
How much does it cost?
US$5.99 a month after your free messages. Your local price is set by the App Store or Google Play and shown to you before you subscribe.
